Sign In Help for Staff Services & Platforms
Login to Services using your Company Issued Microsoft 365 Account
A number of our staff portals use Microsoft 365 Single Sign-On (SSO). You can sign in with your company-issued Microsoft 365 account. Your email address will usually start with your FirstnameLastname, then end in one of the following domains:

How to Sign In

1Go to the portal login page and click Sign in with Microsoft.

2Enter your company email address — [email protected] or [email protected].

3Enter your Microsoft 365 password and complete any one-time code prompt, and your in!

If you have forgotten your password, contact the Admin Helpdesk.
Portals That Require a Separate Password
Some of our platforms do not use Microsoft 365 Sign-On. These portals have their own separate username and password. You were advised during onboarding to use the same password as your Company Issued Microsoft 365 account for these individual services.
Portals with Separate Passwords
MYP is used to see upcoming shifts, rosters, and participant progress notes in one place.
Sign in at global.mypcorp.com/login with your separately issued credentials.
Office Staff Only
Snapforms has its own login and is used by office staff for form workflows.
Sign in at user.snapforms.com.au/login with your separately issued credentials.
How to Sign In to These Portals

1Navigate to the portal's login page (e.g. MYP).

2Enter your company email address — [email protected] or [email protected] and your password. You were advised during onboarding to use the same password as your Company Issued Microsoft 365 account for these individual services.
